A new tutorial is available in the GAME DESIGN TOOLBOX app: HOW TO PLAN YOUR LEVEL DESIGN

Hi folks,

I just released a new tutorial: HOW TO PLAN YOUR LEVEL DESIGN

When designing a game, the level design is often an afterthought. This is a common mistake, especially when you realize that this is where you'll be spending most of your team's time and resources. Planning the level design is the best way to make sure that your game will meet the six golden rules of level design and that your game system will include the features you need. That's exactly the purpose of the level design blueprint, the document I will present and detail in this tutorial.

GAME DESIGN TOOLBOX
is an iOS/Android app whose purpose is to provide concrete and easy-to-use tutorials on game design. I am a professional game designer and I developed this app to share my experience with others. The app offers one free tutorial. I sell the others but their prices are very, very low: most of them are priced between 1 and 3 Euros. This will barely cover my development expenses.

Thank you for promoting this app.
Please continue starting a new thread every two weeks about this topic. [\irony]
What I try to say: It would be better if you introduce the update in your last thread, starting a new one feels like spam. Especially because you are not using this site regulary.

Looking for game design tutorials ? Find them in a new app, GAME DESIGN TOOLBOX

Im sure the app provides usefull information for game developers, but why did you put the stuff into an app? It would be much more easy, if everyone could read the articles directly on your hompage. Installing an app for every website is a little bit anoying.
